Business Districts

  • The Makati Central Business District, also known as the Makati CBD, is the leading financial and central business district in the Philippines located at the heart of Makati in Metro Manila.
  • The business district is also considered as one of the most vibrant commеrcial districts in Southeast Asia. It contains the Ayala Center, one of the region's major shopping centers.

  • With an area of more than 100 hectares (250 acres), it is Metro Manila's second most important business district after the Makati CBD.
  • Ortigas Center is home to many shopping malls, office and condominium skyscrapers, nightlife bars, restaurants and other building complexes. These include the St. Francis Square, the Asian Development Bank compound, the Oakwood Premier serviced apartments and a Shangri-La hotel.

  • Bonifacio Global City (also known as BGC, Global City, or The Fort) is a financial and lifestyle district in Metro Manila, Philippines.
  • BGC is home to residential condominiums such as 8 Forbes Town Road, Bellagio, Essensa, Serendra, Pacific Plaza Towers, One McKinley Place, The Luxe Residences, Bonifacio Ridge Twin Towers, and Regent Parkway and corporate office buildings such as Net One and Bonifacio Technology Center. Many Filipino and multinational corporations have acquired properties and have committed to relocate their global, regional or national headquarters in the business district.

  • Eastwood City is a 17 hectares (42 acres) commercial and residential development located in the Bagumbayan area of Quezon City in the Philippines. It is developed by Megaworld Corporation. It currently hosts 12 luxury residential condominium towers, with several more being developed.
  • Eastwood City Cyberpark is a BPO-targeted office complex forming part of Eastwood City.

  • Filinvest City is a major business district in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
  • It is one of the two large-scale commercial real estate projects in Muntinlupa.
